About the Role:

Connect clients with a range of community resources and services, including housing supports, mental health services, food security programs, vocational supports, and employment opportunities. Collaborate with service providers to ensure coordinated and integrated support for clients with complex needs.

Relationship Building & Client Engagement
Build trusting and respectful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.

Use trauma-informed and motivational approaches to support engagement, encourage positive change, and maintain client-centered service delivery.

Crisis Response & Advocacy
Respond appropriately to crisis situations and changing client needs while maintaining solid ethical and professional boundaries. Support clients in navigating systems and advocating for services that promote stability, independence, and meaningful participation in employment and community life.
