Emergency Health Services seeks an Advanced Care Paramedic for Medicine Hat Regional Hospital. You will assess emergency scenes and patients, transport individuals, and may lead ALS clinical care. The work includes ambulance operations, vehicle readiness, and patient transfers.
Key Responsibilities: Assess emergency scenes and patients during clinical responses
Transport ill or injured individuals between scenes and facilities
Administer medications and provide advanced life support interventions
Lead ALS teams during transports or emergency scenes
Stock, maintain, and equip transport vehicles to standards
Requirements: Non restricted Alberta ACP registration in valuable standing
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support CPR certification
Valid Class 4 Alberta licence or equivalent
Five year driver abstract with no more than six demerits
Ability to perform full operational duties at commencement
Bring advanced patient care, emergency assessment, and ALS leadership to Emergency Health Services in Medicine Hat.
