As Branch Coordinator, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to keep branch operations organized and efficient. Support Williams Machinery, Westerra Equipment, and WE Rent service workflows through customer communication, technician coordination, and hands-on administration. Your work helps keep jobs moving, work orders completed, and customers informed.
Key Responsibilities: Create work orders, estimates, quotes, and customer approvals
Coordinate road and shop technicians through completed invoicing
Support parts lookup, sourcing, shipping, receiving, and returns
Prepare rental contracts, invoices, deliveries, inspections,



and damage documentation
Handle inquiries, updates, payments, freight, and equipment movements
Requirements: Self-directed, resourceful approach to daily branch priorities
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Customer-focused communication with customers and technicians
Organization supporting effective, safe branch operations
Willingness to coordinate vendors, contractors, freight, and equipment
