Use fluent English and French to manage customer accounts as a Collections Analyst with Uline in Milton, Ontario. This is an in office position.
Uline seeks a bilingual Collections Analyst for its growing team in Milton. You will manage account portfolios, resolve past-due balances, maintain records, and communicate by phone and email. The full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer account portfolios through phone and email
Identify root causes behind past-due balances
Partner with customers on payment solutions
Document collection activity and customer interactions accurately
Collaborate with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams
Requirements: Fluent verbal and written English and French
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
One or more years of preferred relevant experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Bring bilingual communication, account management, and solution-focused collections experience to Uline’s on-site Milton team.
