As a Client Financial Services Agent, you collaborate closely with account managers on member and client relationships. You complete follow-up documentation, answer operational questions, present products and services, and support business development. The work includes financial data entry, account procedures, and secure transaction practices.
Key Responsibilities: Complete appointment documentation and obtain required member signatures
Open accounts and present complementary products and services
Prioritize account manager activities and schedule follow-ups
Confirm planned transactions and make requested courtesy calls
Maintain complete files meeting quality deadlines and standards
Requirements: Attestation of Collegial Studies
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French
Ability to create financial statements and enter financial data
Knowledge of business financing and credit management practices
Bring financial services knowledge, customer focus, and effective communication to Desjardins member and client sales support.
