Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles
Manage inbound applicants and identify passive job seekers
Use sourcing and attraction tactics to build pipelines
Guide interviews, salary recommendations, offers, and candidate closing
Move candidates through recruitment processes
Requirements: Three-plus years of agency accounting recruiting experience
Full life-cycle recruiting experience for accounting professionals
Ability to prioritize multiple searches and projects
Experience with applicant tracking and recruitment marketing tools
Ability to execute commitments amid ambiguity and change
