Apply millwright expertise to production equipment at Smurfit Westrock’s Milton manufacturing facility. Support rotating day and night shifts within a 24/7 operation.
The licensed Industrial Millwright 433A works on the maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role covers preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, PLC programming, and String Control experience. You will help keep corrugated box production equipment operating while supporting safety and long-term repairs.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot plant equipment and determine maintenance requirements
Respond to equipment, facility, and building breakdowns
Maintain preventative maintenance programs, checks, and lubrication
Maintain boiler, heating, steam,



and energy systems
Support equipment installation, safety, and minor electrical repairs
Requirements: Licensed Industrial Millwright 433A certification
High school diploma
PLC programming and String Control experience
Three to five years in Canadian manufacturing
Availability for rotating four-on, four-off day and night shifts
Bring technical knowledge, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance experience to Smurfit Westrock’s Milton corrugated box facility.
