As a Facility Maintenance Repair I employee, you will maintain buildings and appliances safely and efficiently. The work includes inspecting mechanical and electrical systems, monitoring critical infrastructure, and supporting energy efficiency. You will also research malfunctioning systems, correct issues, and maintain inventory for continuous operation.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and appliances
Inspect mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure systems
Monitor building support systems for operational performance




Troubleshoot malfunctioning facility systems and correct issues
Maintain inventory levels supporting continuous operation
Requirements: Class 5 Driver’s License required
Ability to work on call when needed
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire safety systems
Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and machinery
Positive communication and computer skills
