Serve residents through organized dining support as a part-time Dietary Aide at Kootenay Street Village in Cranbrook, BC, working evenings.
Golden Life seeks an energetic Dietary Aide committed to high-quality service and supportive teamwork. You will measure ingredients, serve meals, restock dining areas, and maintain clean kitchen spaces. The schedule is part time at 0.40 FTE, from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities: Count, weigh, and measure ingredients for assigned preparation areas
Portion and serve food and beverages in dining rooms
Set up, restock, and maintain dining areas
Deliver food carts and stock neighborhood kitchenettes
Operate kitchen equipment and complete basic food preparation
Requirements: Completion of Grade 10 or higher
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
Negative TB test and current immunization record
Ability to read and write English
Food Safe or other required courses completed
Bring reliable meal service, food preparation, and cleanliness skills to residents at Kootenay Street Village each evening.
