White Dolphin Swim (WD Swim) is seeking an Aquatics Manager Assistant in Richmond Hill, Ontario to support daily aquatic operations and lead program delivery. This in office role helps oversee swim programs, coordinate staff, ensure water safety, and maintain high-quality experiences for swimmers and families.
You will supervise instructors and lifeguards, assist with scheduling, incident reporting, and ongoing staff development, with weekday evenings and weekend coverage as required.
