Epic and Power BI analysis support evidence-based decisions at Lakeridge Health’s Whitby corporate office. This is a temporary full time, 12-month contract.
The Decision Support Analyst supports clinical programs and senior management through patient and hospital utilization data. You will extract, analyze, interpret, present, and disseminate data-driven insights. The position also strengthens SUD ICP dashboard quality and MHA-PDS metric submissions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Epic reporting content and tools
Design dashboards, reports, and metrics in Epic and Power BI
Extract data from Epic and non-Epic SQL databases
Investigate reporting issues and help implement solutions




Apply data governance across reporting and data assets
Requirements: Bachelor-level degree in science, health informatics, or similar
Three years of progressive data or analytics experience
Epic reporting knowledge and required certification or certification eligibility
Working knowledge of WTIS and provincial or national datasets
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, IntelliHealth, and Excel
Bring Epic reporting, SQL extraction, Power BI development, and analytical judgment to Lakeridge Health’s Decision Support Unit.
