As a Cook, you will prepare, cook, and plate meals according to Chartwell menu guidelines. You will follow public health regulations, maintain sanitary preparation areas, and help ensure timely service. The position also includes food supply ordering, receiving, and storage.

Comply with public health and protected food handling regulations
Maintain sanitary food preparation areas and kitchen equipment
Serve meals on time at the correct temperature
Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food supplies
Requirements: Previous cooking experience in food services
Food Handler certification
Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
Effective communication with internal and external customers
Ability to stand and lift or carry heavy items
Bring food preparation, sanitation, and communication skills to Chartwell’s resident dining services as a Cook.
