As an Afternoon Shift Team Leader, you will support production operations within the Finishing & Packaging team. This position requires leadership experience, attention to detail, and organized execution. You will oversee packaging activities while maintaining regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the Finishing & Packaging team
Meet production goals through organized shift coordination
Ensure regulatory and company standards remain compliant
Oversee cannabis weighing and packaging activities
Manage ERP inventory, orders, cleanliness, and documentation
Requirements: Previous experience leading or supervising a team
High school diploma or equivalent completion
Solid attention to packaging and documentation details
Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
Criminal records check clearance and own transportation
Bring leadership, safety, quality, and accurate cannabis packaging oversight to Manpower’s afternoon production team in Stayner.
