As a Personal Support Worker, you provide care according to resident care plans and help maintain a protected, secure environment. You monitor care, observe residents, report findings, document information, and support required education. The work also includes simple treatments, bedside care, sanitation, and understanding geriatric needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide resident care according to established care plans
Observe residents and report findings to the immediate supervisor
Document resident care information as directed
Attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops




Follow IPAC policies and procedures consistently
Requirements: Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
Meet Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities vocational standards
Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
Know bedside care, sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
Bring resident-care knowledge, careful observation, documentation, and IPAC awareness to AgeCare’s Personal Support Worker team.
