This experienced Rental Property Manager oversees an established rental property portfolio for a growing, locally owned company. The work combines client communication, leasing, maintenance coordination, and regulatory knowledge. You will provide responsive service while managing competing priorities, records, contractors, and property operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for an established rental property portfolio
Maintain professional relationships with owners and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor services
Manage inquiries, applications, move-ins,



and move-outs
Ensure compliance with BC residential tenancy legislation
Requirements: Valid BCFSA Rental Property Management License required
Minimum one year of rental property management experience
Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Working knowledge of BC residential tenancy regulations
Experience with Yardi or similar software preferred
Bring organized portfolio management, sound judgment, and responsive communication to Korecki's established rental property operations.
