Crowne seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for its property management team. You will maintain residential units, common areas, building systems, equipment, and exterior spaces. Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inspections, and professional resident service are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in residential units
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general issues
Inspect buildings, units, and shared spaces for hazards
Complete move-out inspections, turnovers,



and appliance replacements
Respond to service requests and urgent maintenance issues
Requirements: Two to three years of residential maintenance experience
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
Confidence using hand and power tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Bring dependable troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and resident service skills to Crowne’s multi-family residential maintenance team.
