The Stage Experience Lead supports an Assistant Manager, Client Experience at Sephora’s AB-Lethbridge location. You will oversee Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare, or combined departments. The focus includes executing Sephora’s selling model, responding to client feedback, supporting technology training, and helping achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure cast execute Sephora’s selling model
Support timely responses to client feedback
Partner with managers on client-related issues
Support training in Client Interactive Technology
Coordinate in-store events supporting store goals
Requirements: Experience overseeing sales floor departments
Understanding of Sephora’s selling model
Ability to support client service responses
Ability to coach performance management situations
Understanding of sales performance and business opportunities
