Key Responsibilities: Coordinate nursing and resident services within the neighbourhood
Lead shift reports with the healthcare team
Communicate changes in residents’ conditions
Document resident information according to policies and standards




Process physician orders and communicate implementation difficulties
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing background
Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation and regulations
Registration and membership in good standing with the provincial registry
Knowledge of activation, nursing, and personnel administration
Support resident safety and individualized care through nursing coordination, documentation, clinical judgment, and teamwork at AgeCare.
