Key Responsibilities: Implement worksite health and safety requirements
Undertake risk assessments and communicate findings
Conduct site inspections and safety audits




Orient company workers and client personnel
Prepare reports and complete required HSE paperwork
Requirements: Three to five-plus years of construction HSE experience preferred
NCSO level or progress toward NCSO
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
First Aid qualification preferred, not essential
Solid leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Support BAUER Foundations Canada construction safety through inspections, risk assessments, reporting, and regulatory compliance in Richmond.
