Reporting to NETES Co-Executive Directors, this Coordinator supports community-based employment, education, and training initiatives. The work includes stakeholder relationships, participant documentation, agreement monitoring, and outcome reporting. You will coordinate with Indigenous community partners, funded agencies, participants, staff, sponsors, and funders.
Key Responsibilities: Identify community needs, priorities, plans, and appropriate initiatives
Build relationships with Indigenous stakeholders and funded agencies
Monitor agreements, budgets, timelines, reports, and deliverables




Maintain participant records and program information accurately
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for directors and funders
Requirements: Relevant post-secondary degree or acceptable education and training combination
At least two years coordinating adult education, employment, or training initiatives
Experience with Indigenous communities, partnerships, and relationship management
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
Required criminal and abuse registry checks before employment
Bring respectful communication, organized monitoring, and accurate reporting to NETES community employment and training initiatives in Winnipeg.
