ParaMed seeks Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses for full-time, part-time, and casual community nursing roles. You will assess patients, execute care plans, and support people of all ages in various settings. The work helps patients remain comfortable at home while building therapeutic relationships. Mentorship, clinical orientation, and hands-on skills labs support your practice.
Key Responsibilities: Assess individualized patient needs using appropriate assessment tools
Execute and continuously monitor patient care plans
Build rapport and trust through cooperative patient engagement




Maintain and update professional patient records
Provide required after-hours on-call coverage for patient safety
Requirements: Register with the CNO as an RN or RPN
Maintain registration in good standing
Hold a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Travel between patient residences within a designated area
Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and community-care passion
Bring nursing assessment, care planning, and compassionate community practice to scheduled patient visits throughout Muskoka with ParaMed.
