Key Responsibilities: Support prospectus and offering-related deliverables for financing transactions
Coordinate accounting advisory and audit teams for consistent execution
Manage timelines and review comments with external stakeholders




Prepare and review prospectus-related documents with offshore teams
Develop processes, tools, training materials, and digital improvements
Requirements: Experience in public accounting, advisory, reporting, or deals
Qualified Canadian CPA or recognized equivalent designation
Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven workstreams
