As a Wire Rope Splicer Rigger, you will support Ben-Mor’s production operations under the Production Supervisor. The work involves steel wire rope slings, cable assembly, measurements, inspections, documentation, and established procedures. Problem-solving, manual dexterity, and attention to order support consistent production performance.
Key Responsibilities: Splice cables according to required specifications
Manufacture steel wire rope slings
Measure, cut, roll, and assemble cables
Operate hydraulic presses and coil cable
Inspect products and report non-conformities
Requirements: Ability to read and write
Read imperial and metric measurements
Use vernier calipers or measuring instruments
High school diploma
Steel cable splicing experience is an asset
