This early-career analyst supports real estate finance, investment analysis, and development operations across diverse asset classes. You will assess feasibility, research markets, and maintain project financial models. The work also includes forecasting, reporting, and supporting investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility assessments, market research, and sensitivity analyses
Update Excel models, assumptions, contingencies, and project pro formas
Monitor housing sales, closings, proceeds, and lot discharges
Generate financial reports and support accounting reporting
Prepare analysis,



forecasts, budgets, and investor reporting packages
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
One to two years of relevant experience
Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
Understanding of real estate finance and accounting principles
Robust attention to detail and communication skills
Build real estate investment expertise through Excel modeling, feasibility analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting responsibilities.
