Drive banking sales at Northern Credit Union as a full time Member Advisor in Barry's Bay, promoting lending and investment products.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will market products within defined policies and procedures. The position emphasizes consumer loans, mortgages, credit cards, lines of credit, deposits, and retail branch term investments. You will also support membership growth.
Key Responsibilities: Promote, up-sell, and cross-sell lending and investment vehicles
Market products and services within established policies
Open new member accounts and solicit membership growth
Follow up on credit checks, referrals, initiatives, and inquiries
Work toward and exceed individual and team goals
Requirements: College diploma or equivalent banking or sales experience
Two years' lending, investment, or advisory experience
Proven record meeting individual targets and supporting sales activities
Commitment to continuous learning about technology, processes, policies, and products
Support Northern Credit Union members through targeted banking sales, account growth, lending expertise, and investment product knowledge.
