Think Academy US seeks a full-time ELA Teacher for students in grades 2 through 5. The role combines online instruction, teaching management, and collaboration with educators. You will develop classes, support learning outcomes, communicate with families, and provide personalized homework feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver approximately 20 weekly hours of online ELA classes
Engage and manage online classrooms of up to 15 students
Develop and refine classes to maximize student learning outcomes
Communicate with students and parents about homework feedback
Work with teaching management to advance teaching services




Requirements: Qualified English proficiency in spoken and written communication
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Human Resources, Business, or related field
Prior tutoring, teaching assistant, or student-facing teaching experience preferred
Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow
Responsible, caring ownership of student and family experiences
