As a Full time Leasing Specialist, you will qualify prospective residents, execute leases and renewals, and represent the building professionally. The position combines resident relations, property tours, sales, marketing, administration, and reporting. Kipling seeks someone comfortable serving as the building’s liaison with residents and the community while minimizing vacancy loss.
Key Responsibilities: Qualify prospects and conduct property and suite tours
Execute leases, renewals, transfers, assignments, and addenda
Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and application decisions
Inspect vacant suites and maintain rent-ready conditions
Prepare reports, advertisements, and market surveys
Requirements: Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented approach
Weekend coverage, flexible hours, and valid driver’s license
Strong command of Microsoft Office products
Yardi, property management, administration, or sales experience preferred
