You will create positive first impressions while following service standards and procedures. Attention to detail, professional communication, and Bow Valley knowledge support memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Complete accurate guest check-ins and check-outs daily
Resolve complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
Balance the cash float at shift end
Answer calls and correspondence professionally and promptly
Requirements: Guest Services experience preferred
Robust knowledge of the Bow Valley preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Ability to read and understand English
Bring dependable service, accurate billing, and attentive communication to Coast Canmore Hotel guests throughout varied shifts.
