Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its corporate team. The 18-month contract supports recruitment across multiple divisions through split-desk recruitment, employer branding, and strategic partnerships. You will help meet current and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment across multiple divisions
Partner with hiring managers on requirements and postings
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
Screen resumes against stated qualifications and criteria
Support onboarding with HR and hiring leaders
Requirements: Post-secondary education in human resources, agribusiness, business, or related field
Three to five years of recruitment experience
Applicant Tracking System experience and technical aptitude
Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel
Availability onsite and willingness to travel within Canada
Bring recruitment expertise, sourcing capability, and ATS knowledge to support P&H; hiring across Canadian agricultural divisions.
