As a Bilingual Associate, Sales and Customer Service, you will advise Canadians about home and auto insurance solutions. You will answer questions, analyze customer needs, and promote products and services. The hybrid position includes training, inbound calls, evening work, rotating Saturdays, and occasional statutory holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Advise customers throughout their insurance coverage decisions
Answer questions about products and available insurance solutions
Analyze needs and propose innovative choices
Help customers select home and auto insurance options
Support current initiatives and their implementation
Requirements: At least one year of similar experience
French communication skills for regular customer service
Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills
Strong computer skills across multiple systems
Willingness to complete the provincial insurance licensing exam
