East West Urban Management is seeking a Lead Building Engineer to supervise maintenance staff and lead daily operations at Spire Owners Association, a high-rise luxury residence in Denver.
You will mentor technicians, manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and BAS systems, and ensure preventative maintenance and safety standards. Solid communication and leadership are essential for resident-facing service.
