GFL Environmental seeks licensed drivers for its Ottawa location within an integrated environmental services company. Drive combination units, power vacuum units, hydro excavation units, box trucks, roll-off bin units, high-pressure water blasters, and tractor trailers. The work includes equipment preparation, inspections, documentation, loading, unloading, and delivery service.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and operate varied industrial trucks and units
Inspect vehicles, equipment, loads, and emergency systems
Secure cargo and maneuver trucks during loading or unloading
Maintain logs, manifests, bills of lading,



and required documentation
Deliver products and paperwork courteously and on time
Requirements: AZ or DZ licence with clean Driver’s and CVOR abstracts
Manual transmission experience preferred; automatic and manual available
Availability Monday through Friday and every fourth weekend on-call
Ability to work extended hours and variable shifts
Mechanical knowledge and comfort working at heights or in confined spaces
