This full time Food and Beverage Supervisor supports an assigned outlet while crossing over to others when needed. You will assist with workflow, administration, staffing, coaching, scheduling, and employee development. The role helps maintain operations during the Manager’s absence as required.
Key Responsibilities: Support staffing levels and outlet training requirements
Assist recruitment initiatives with the Talent Acquisition team
Coach staff through performance management and development
Promote customer service and address guest concerns
Support scheduling, quality standards, and operational continuity
Requirements: Minimum two years supervising full-service restaurants or bars
Smart Serve and Food Handlers certification
Hospitality Management education preferred
Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bring restaurant supervision, team coaching, and guest service skills to Casino Rama Resort’s food and beverage operations.
