This part-time float position supports people through wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, medication administration, and health teaching. Your person and family-centered approach will guide decisions while supporting collaborative interdisciplinary care. You will help clients and families navigate additional resources.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver care in homes, clinics, and community locations
Apply wound care, IV therapy, and tube feeding skills
Administer medications and provide health teaching
Provide palliative and paediatric care
Support clients and families with community resources
Requirements: Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Qualified liability insurance and current vulnerable sector screening
Reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Availability for required travel and scheduling commitments
