SSP Canada operates Urban Crave and other restaurants at Vancouver International Airport. As Cook 2, you will prepare and present ordered dishes while maintaining products, equipment, supplies, and work areas. The position requires food service experience and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Follow recipes and check portions and garnishes
Prepare and present ordered dishes
Set up kitchen workstations for each shift
Store and rotate fresh, dry, and frozen goods
Clean equipment, utensils, storage areas, and bins
Requirements: Minimum one year food service experience
High school diploma preferred
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic mathematical skills
Food handlers permit as required by law
Bring food service experience, recipe accuracy, and sanitation practices to the Cook 2 team at Urban Crave, YVR.
