Teach Grade 3 in Crofton House School’s girl-centred Junior School, using inquiry-based learning and collaborative instruction. This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 2026-2027.
As an experienced Grade 3 teacher, you will support young girls’ social-emotional growth and academic learning. You will teach the Grade 3 curriculum through a team-based approach, create student-centred classroom culture, and provide personalized support. Meaningful technology, diverse learners, and strong parent partnerships are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement dynamic, interactive Grade 3 lessons
Support students’ social-emotional needs in homeroom
Collaborate with teaching and learning support teams
Integrate meaningful technology into instruction




Participate in co-curricular activities and school-wide experiences
Requirements: Valid British Columbia Teaching Certificate or independent school certification
Relevant university qualifications, including education and arts degrees
Primary teaching experience considered an asset
Awareness of girls’ and young women’s learning styles
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bring inquiry-focused teaching, personalized instruction, and team-oriented practice to Crofton House School’s Grade 3 classroom.
