Clintar is hiring a Snow Removal Lead for the winter season. You will coordinate de-icing and snow removal across designated areas while guiding crew members. The work includes equipment inspections, safety procedures, emergency response, and progress updates for supervisors or property managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct snow crews during de-icing and removal tasks
- Transparent parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, and roadways
- Inspect and maintain snow removal equipment routinely
- Apply salt and other de-icing agents
- Coordinate progress updates and report emerging problems
Requirements:
- One year of snow removal crew lead experience
- Safe proficiency operating snow removal equipment
- Familiarity with sidewalk tractors
- Availability on short notice from November through April
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
