Key Responsibilities: Resolve complex system, data, and workflow issues
Review processes and apply Lean principles
Gather requirements and investigate solution options
Configure applications and test system changes
Document procedures and mentor Associates
Requirements: Minimum three years working with business systems
Experience in an insurance environment
Working toward LOMA ACS, AHIP, or HIA
Yellow Belt Lean level or equivalent experience
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Apply business systems, reporting, Lean, and analytical expertise as a hybrid Solutions Analyst supporting CLIC teams in Regina.
