As Carrier Sourcing Coordinator, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard carriers supporting seasonal and year-round demand. You will manage carrier relationships, monitor performance, and maintain transportation data. Your work connects carrier management, transportation planning, customer service, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and vet carriers by region and service type
Negotiate rates for competitive transportation pricing
Onboard carriers under safety, insurance, and contractual standards
Manage FourKites visibility, performance, and compliance monitoring
Track KPIs, market trends,



and sourcing strategy adjustments
Requirements: Minimum five years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
Robust communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Excel, TMS, and logistics software proficiency
Understanding of carrier compliance and transportation regulations
Advanced English and French bilingualism; Spanish is a plus
