This technician installs, services, repairs, and adjusts HVAC equipment while operating within company policy and trade certification. The work supports facility safety, asset integrity, and uninterrupted client operations.
Key Responsibilities: Install heating, air conditioning, and related equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC units and systems
Perform preventative and corrective facility maintenance
Monitor mechanical systems through facility walkthroughs
Respond to routine, emergency, and on-demand service requests
Requirements: Valid provincial HVAC Certificate of Qualification
College diploma or certification
Previous licensed HVAC or refrigeration technician experience
Valid driver's license and security clearance eligibility
Availability for on-call, standby, and emergency call-outs
