This full time Electrician role supports The Centennial Centre Facilities, Maintenance & Engineering program. You will perform complex maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision, using schematics, blueprints, and specialized test equipment. Work includes power distribution, fire alarm, security, and emergency generation systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain electrical systems
Perform complex electrical maintenance and repairs
Obtain necessary electrical permits and inspections
Estimate required materials, labour, and equipment




Assist with new construction design and implementation
Requirements: Accredited Journeyperson Electrician Certificate with Alberta Red Seal
Valid Class 5 Alberta Operator’s Licence
Experience with high-voltage and 600-volt distribution systems
Experience with addressable fire alarm and security systems
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Support Alberta Health Services with healthcare electrical systems, specialized testing, distribution maintenance, and dependable safety practices.
