Brandt seeks a Field Truck and Coach Technician for its Peterbilt Dealership in Sudbury. This position handles repair and maintenance for truck and coach equipment and attachments in a field workplace. Responsibilities include diagnosis, parts ordering, tool use, documentation, hazard assessment, and road testing.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, assemble, disassemble, and repair road equipment
Order parts using catalogues and parts personnel
Use tools, equipment, computer systems, and information systems
Document machine information, actions, and time on work orders
Road test equipment and check attachment operation
Requirements: Must be registered in the 310T trade
Certified Journeyperson status or equivalent designation considered an asset
CAT, CUMMINS, or PACCAR engine experience considered an asset
Electrical diagnosis and aftertreatment systems experience considered an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
