What you’ll do

Own onboarding and success for key accounts

Build playbooks, resources and processes

Partner with sales and product on feedbackDrive retention and expansion

Hire and grow the success team over time

What we’re looking for

4+ years in customer success or account management

Experience with SaaS and technical products

Excellent communication and empathy

Data-driven and process-oriented

Comfortable building a function from scratch
