Key Responsibilities: Deliver friendly cannabis customer service and product education
Guide team members during assigned shifts
Provide management contact when managers are absent
Assist product launches, promotions, and merchandising
Support inventory ordering, receiving, and management
Requirements: Two or more years of retail or customer service experience
Preferred supervisory or leadership experience
Strong communication and customer-first mindset
Certification to sell cannabis through approved programs
Eligibility to pass a Criminal Record Check
