Within Deals Transaction Services, you will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence for corporate and financial buyers and sellers. You will analyze financial and business performance, understand target companies, and identify deal issues and value drivers. The work also includes client meetings and transaction analyses.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in meetings with top-level management
Analyze client and target financial data
Understand industries and key business drivers
Prepare Quality of Earnings analyses
Analyze working capital and debt-like items
Requirements: Solid audit experience at Senior Associate level
Chartered Skilled Accountant designation preferred
Technical and analytical financial analysis capabilities
Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills
Fluency in English and French required
Apply financial analysis, transaction diligence, and communication skills to support PwC Canada clients through complex deals.
