The County of Brant seeks an Administrative Operations Manager reporting to the General Manager of Operations. The role provides confidential executive support, supervises administration, and leads cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include research, meeting coordination, report submissions, invoicing, reconciliations, email management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Provide confidential executive and administrative support
Coordinate meetings, research, follow-up, and report submissions
Oversee the Supervisor of Operations Administration
Lead administrative process and special project improvements
Support emergency management and business continuity functions
Requirements: Business or Public Administration education, or equivalent experience
Five years of progressive administrative experience preferred at executive level
Supervisory experience with staff leadership and performance management
Microsoft suite proficiency and superior organizational skills
Valid driver’s license or ability to travel between facilities
