Serve Tucson credit union members through cash handling, payment processing, and consultative service at TFCU’s East Branch. Monday through Saturday availability is required.
As a Member Advocate, you will handle member needs across service and sales with warmth and collaboration. You will open accounts, process loan applications and disbursals, and complete maintenance requests. The position also emphasizes needs-based selling, product knowledge, compliance, and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities: Process cash handling and payments within established controls
Open accounts and process loan applications accurately
Complete loan disbursals and member maintenance requests
Develop relationships through needs-based selling
Complete annual compliance and required training
Requirements: Five years of customer service-related experience
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Effective spoken and written English communication
NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z
Bring member service, account processing, needs-based selling, and compliance knowledge to TFCU’s Tucson banking team.
