Reporting to the Senior Manager, Grants & Corporate Donations, the Development Officer manages priority corporate donors and prospects. The role develops proposals, researches qualified prospects, and achieves annual revenue targets. Performance data, market insight, and relationship intelligence guide priorities, forecasts, and sustainable corporate revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Research corporate donors aligned with LOFT’s mission and priorities
Manage corporate prospect databases and pipeline activity
Craft tailored donation proposals with the Senior Manager
Conduct discovery, solicitation,



and stewardship meetings
Forecast revenue and record activity in Raiser's Edge
Requirements: Post-secondary education in development, marketing, or communications
Five years in fundraising, corporate donations, or business development
Fundraising postgraduate certificate considered an asset
CFRE designation or progress toward it strongly valued
Minimum two office days weekly within hybrid work
Bring corporate fundraising, proposal development, and donor stewardship expertise to LOFT Community Services in Toronto.
