Weir seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production across multiple shifts. You will develop Team Leaders and production employees while coordinating labor, resources, safety, equipment, and operational targets. The position supports continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise protected, efficient, compliant foundry production across shifts
Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and production employees
Coordinate labor and resources against production schedules




Conduct safety talks and submit end-of-shift reports
Apply Lean methods to resolve operational challenges
Requirements: Five-plus years supervising heavy manufacturing environments
Experience working within a unionized workforce
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Foundry operations experience is an asset
