Key Responsibilities: Supervise property accountants across receivables, payables, and general ledger
Review financial statement packages and working papers
Approve general ledger and bank reconciliations
Manage reserve and operating fund investment analysis
Coordinate with auditors and property stakeholders
Requirements: At least three plus years of relevant experience
Property management industry experience is required
Experience reviewing financial statements and accounting packages
Experience with banking, cash flow, and treasury analysis
Experience managing contracts and budgets with property managers
